Mid-Terrace Roof Replacement in Plymouth

An older mid-terrace house in Plymouth received a complete roof replacement after the existing roof had reached the end of its serviceable life. The old tiles, failing roofing membrane and incorrectly installed lead flashing were all removed, allowing us to install a new roofing system with improved ventilation, weather protection and a high-quality finish using Marley Ludlow interlocking roof tiles.

Roof Replacement on a Hillside Bungalow in Plympton

A complete roof replacement on a late-1960s bungalow in Plympton, Plymouth, involving new Marley Modern tiles, breathable roofing membrane, treated battens, improved eaves ventilation, dry ridge detailing and replacement leadwork. The property's steep hillside position and garage beneath the bungalow created an unusual access challenge, requiring a Bumpa tile hoist to safely and efficiently move roofing materials to roof level.
